CANCEL A BOOKING
If a booking
is cancelled up to 7 days of the date of booking no charge will be made if under 7 days the full amount will be charged.
EARLY COLLECTIONS
Should you want to collect your cat early no problem but the full amount of the booking will
be required as the pen has been booked for your cat therefore we cannot and would not use the
pen.
REQUIREMENTS
Up to date Vaccinations for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis certificates must be brought
in
Flea and Worm Treatments must be given prior to arrival
No Cat collars to be worn while boarding for your cats safety
When booking your cat in for its holidays please mention any medication that your cat is taking,
if your cat commences medication after you have made your booking please inform us by telephone prior to arrival.
you are welcome to bring your cats blanket/bed,toys.We do supply all bedding which are vet beds,scratch
poles and everything your cat will need during their stay.
